Learn Egyptian Hieroglyphs

This program has been designed for middle and high school students, and is a great way for kids to get exposed to Egyptian Hieroglyphs. Class Times: Lesson 1, Monday: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (ET) Lesson 2, Tuesday: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (ET) Lesson 3 & 4, Wednesday: 6:00 pm - 8:15 pm (ET) with a 15-minute break Lesson 5, Thursday: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (ET) Lesson 6, Friday: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (ET)
Total Cost (6 lessons): $60.00 (all proceeds go to charity) Chosen Charity: We Care Charity About We Care Charity: This non-profit organization provides food and clothing to people in need. Based in MA and NH, they have feeding programs at eighteen shelters, four soup kitchens, and two children's homes. They are driven entirely by donations. I chose this charity in part because they are providing resources in my two home states, but also because they are tackling food insecurity, which is a serious problem that affects people wold-wide, including MA and NH.

Alphabet Part 2: Biliterals

- In this lesson, we will once again look at the Hieroglyph alphabet but you will be introduced to biliterals - one symbol that represents two letters. Knowing the basic biliterals will then allow for more vocabulary and better sentences - Build up vocabulary
